Home Closing/Title Information
Requests for information regarding a home closing are now being handled by our Treasurer. Please see the "Contact Us" page at the bottom right hand side of the page for information regarding home closings and title information.

Dallas Downs Homeowners Association Directory
The Dallas Downs Homeowners Association Directory is in the process of being updated for 2011. It will be printed and sent to homeowners in the April 2011. If you have any updates to your entry, whether it be names and phone numbers, please let us know by emailing the DDCA Board with any changes (hoa@dallasdowns.org).

Neighborhood Watch Program
The Dallas Downs Neighborhood Watch Group (NWG) is up and running. The process involved coordinating training sessions with the Franklin Police Department so that Dallas Downs could be qualified as a Neighborhood Watch subdivision. Members of the NWG had their final three-hour training session held at the new Franklin Police Department facility on January 27, 2010. The group has been given a neighborhood watch sign to post in the neighborhood. The sign will be unveiled at the Easter Egg Hunt on April 17, at 3 pm at the Dallas Downs Park & Pavilion. The NWG is composed of one Neighborhood Watch Coordinator, John Robinson, and several block captains representing a portion or “zone” of a neighborhood. These captains communicate with each other frequently about ongoing and potential crime, and twice a year they attend a three-hour training session provided by the Franklin Police Department. Summer Landscaping Projects
Got a landscaping or outdoor building project? A tree you want to remove? The Design Committee is ready to serve you! After planning your project, simply fill out an Approval Request Form and contact the Design Committee at design@DallasDowns.org. Residents Only No one permitted to swim without accompanying adult. All standard pool rules will be in force - accompanying adults without a pool membership will be required to sign standard liability form acknowledging rules. Pool memberships are on sale from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
