Home Closing/Title Information
Requests for information regarding a home closing are now being handled by our Treasurer. Please see the "Contact Us" page at the bottom right hand side of the page for information regarding home closings and title information.

The Dallas Downs Homeowners Association Directory is in the process of being updated for 2012. It will be printed and sent to homeowners in the April 2012. If you have any updates to your entry, whether it be names and phone numbers, please let us know by emailing the DDCA Board with any changes (hoa@dallasdowns.org).

The Dallas Downs Neighborhood Watch Group (NWG) has been in place now for some time.. The process involved coordinating training sessions with the Franklin Police Department so that Dallas Downs could be qualified as a Neighborhood Watch subdivision. The group has been given a neighborhood watch sign to post in the neighborhood. The NWG is composed of one Neighborhood Watch Coordinator, Stacey Holladay, and several block captains representing a portion or “zone” of a neighborhood. These captains communicate with each other frequently about ongoing and potential crime, and twice a year they attend a three-hour training session provided by the Franklin Police Department.
